If the diaper is just wet, simply remove the disposable or washable insert and re-use the little gPant pouch. If the pouch is messy, simply unsnap the pouch from the diaper cover and replace it with a spare.

The gPant pouch is designed to hold gRefill or gCloth inserts (sold separately) and fits babies from 13 to 34 pounds. The pouch and inserts work together to help keep the diaper cover from getting messy. Because each little gPant already includes one pouch, this six-pack ensures that you have enough spare pouches to keep you covered both at home and on the go.

A tip to further speed up the changing process: pouches can be pre-stuffed with inserts, so they are ready to go when you need them.
